Okay, so we've got one of these in the Lounge and it's worked out quite well.

Let's see if we can get one of these going with actual wrestling stuff.

Talk about random stuff you see in wrestling that makes you feel like laughing, bitching, crying or complaining about, yet it's not important enough to warrant it's own thread.

I'll start:

Someone deserves a cookie if they can tell me the last time John Cena lost CLEANLY one on one without any kind of outside interference or distraction whatsoever.

Yeah it was that match he had against HHH. Cena's a good kiss ass but he can't beat the grand daddy of kiss asses.

Funny, I googled the following: "when's the last time cena lost a match clean?"

...and the top results are all other forums trying to answer that exact question. None of them seemed to be having any success.

Well, I guess it depends on what you mean by clean...

Technically he lost that Tables match against Sheamus clean.

Just because it was a fluke that he fell instead of being pushed off doesn't mean it's not clean.

Would his impromptu title match against Batista at EC 2010 count?

I saw that mentioned somewhere Frick, except they also pointed out how the WWE repeatedly made it very clear that Cena fell through the table, he did not get put through it.  Which may be a clean win in some ways, but over all it's the same effect as if it wasn't clean.

Having a distraction or some other kind of heel antic to lose a match uncleanly is so that they can say after "Well, he probably would have won if it wasn't for _______."  Making him fall through the table instead of getting put through is basically the same exact thing: "Well, he probably would have won if it wasn't for him falling into the table."

Okay, well this one it's much harder to argue about being clean (unless you want to argue that triple threat matches are inherently unclean.)

I can definitely say that Wrestlemania 24 was a clean loss for Cena. Triple threat with Orton and Triple H.

Cena takes a Pedigree clean, Orton drags Triple H off of Cena, and covers Cena for the three count.

So it's just a matter of working forward from 2008.

And I'd say that MitB briefcases being cashed in (or Vince McMahon granting a title shot right after a match) are inherently unclean.
